Naomi Thursday: Writing

 Europe

WALT: use descriptive and powerful language.

Today we are looking at the European countries. Europe has such a rich history, and their countries are so beautiful. Some countries even have buildings, statues and landmarks that have lasted well over hundreds of years.

Your job is to choose a photo, and then use your senses and imagination to write a story about you and your family visiting there.

→We finally landed in Paris which was in France!. Me and my family were so excited. We grabbed our stuff and left the plane. 2 minutes later we came out of the Airport and waited for the taxi to come. 10 minutes later the taxi finally arrived. Me, my sister and brother gave our suitcase to our mum to put it in the boot, then went into the car and waited for our mum to finish.

My mum finally finished and we buckled up, ready to go to our hotel. An hour later we arrived, phew that was a long drive. We got out and grabbed our suitcases. We said bye to the taxi driver and went inside the hotel. We were in paris so some people didn’ know english. Luckily The women at the entrance area or whatever knew english!. She was half french, full english. 

My mum signed us in and we have been given a key. We went into the elevator and clicked the level; 2 floor.  After we looked for our room, I found it. we put the key in, then My mum opened the door and our hotel room was huge!. 2 beds and more. 

We packed our stuff away and went to go have lunch. A few hours later it was night time. We brushed our teeth and got changed into our pjs. We were going to go visit the eiffel tower tomorrow!, I was so excited to go, I always wanted to visit the Eiffel tower. The next day we got up and got ready for our trip to the eiffel tower!. After we had our breakfast, we waited outside for our taxi to arrive!. Phew minutes later the taxi came and we hopped in the car. We all buckled up and took off.

Couple of minutes later we finally made it!. I jumped out and started running around.
